Nacida en Hong Kong, Dik Bor-Lai, también conocida como Deborah Lee, es actriz y también fue la primera Miss Hong Kong en 1973. Estuvo casada con el actor Patrick Tse Yin en 1978 y se divorció en 1996. Es madre de Nicholas Tse y Jennifer Tse.
